The µBMS surveillance central station was designed to control operation and to monitor the temperature

of individual systems, but also average sized heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

It is simple to use and efficiently manages from 1 to 15 different temperature zones.

By simple programming, the user can change the set temperature values of heating and cooling modes,

select the ventilation speed for each of the areas monitored by his mini surveillance central station.

This central station makes it possible to individually monitor the following functions in each of the zones by

means of a single RS 385 communication bus (2 twisted and shielded wires):

• A programming including on/off or sleep, the time and day of the week, the operating mode,

the ventilation speed (Lo, Me, Hi, Auto), and temperature settings.

This programming selects the time ranges.

- Either individually (for each zone) for 2 time ranges.

- Or globally (for all zones) for 2 time ranges.

• A comfort (occupancy)/economy (vacant) function.

• An anti-frost function for heating mode.

• A ventilation flap control function.
